Selection of Geotechnical Consulting Firm

We sometimes get proposal requests where the cost of the soils report seems the main selecting criteria.  For someone who has been in the soils and foundations field for a quarter century, let me assist you:

Currently, about 70% of our work is referral.  So sometimes, we may not be able to take more than a handful of new jobs.  However, in most cases we will tell you of our current work load.
